  18. from Hoboken, N.J., has a way with paint. When Frank Sinatra
  19. puts down the mike and picks up the brush, the results are
  20. geometric and, fittingly, hard edged. This patriotic canvas, a
  21. gift to pals Nancy and Ronald Reagan, will be in a glossy 1990
  22. book of Sinatrart published by Random House. The text is by none
  23. other than Ol' Blue Period himself.
